okay I'm going to butt in here, would one send a tune (or tuneS) to more than one label at once? sort of a stupid question, but how would that work? can I just send it to ten labels I like or do I do it one by one, and if I don't get a response or I get rejected by one label, I send it on to the next one?

So If I have tracks on my Soundcloud that I have offered 320's of you think it is unlikely someone will scoop them up on a label?

send them a zip of all your tunes
bulk mail it out in one big email with the same email attached
dont bother personalising it

TBH

i dont see the giant rush to get on a 'label'
unless its a good one and not some dude with a internet connection

ive been wondering how effective sending dubplates to labels is these days. cutting a dub is relatively cheap if you are sitting on something you believe in, and think that a certain label will like it.

might help you to stand out?
