Publishing Opportunity for DSF producers...
Publishing Opportunity for DSF producers...
On behalf of Orange Music Company, I am accepting producers to add to the publishing catalog. If you're interested in having your music placed on major TV networks (such as MTV, VH1, E!, Fox Sports, Oxygen, BET, etc), receiving royalty checks, or learning more about publishing, then continue reading....
My experience with publishing has been successful because of the network of people I deal with routinely. So, I'm opening the door for others here to submit material because the internet is completely too saturated with producers/beat makers for me to do this myself. The circle that the publisher is in has proven to be profitable for me, and I've gained some useful knowledge about the game along the way.
I will screen your tracks initially before a second screening is conducted by the publisher. If you're material is up to par, I will connect you with the publisher and you will work out the agreement from there. Only submit material that's of the highest sonic quality as the publisher's reputation is damaged if all he gets are low quality, whack beats and music beds. As always, you are guaranteed 100% writer's share for your hard work (nobody should take your writer's share unless they actually contributed to the music ... otherwise it's just unethical).
There are certain guidelines you must follow if you decide to submit:
-Absolutely NO uncleared samples - not even anything that suggests there might be. Network producers avoid this like the plague.
-Make sure nothing ends abruptly or fades out ... let it end naturally
-Make sure their is enough space at the end for the sting (I can send you an example via email upon request, so you have a clear understanding of what a "sting" is and what the format needs to be like).
-Only uncompressed WAV files only!
***send ONLY up to three (3) tracks at first (WAV format) in a .zip file to thrashmetal360@aol.com with (www.wetransfer.com) for the initial review. Any genre accepted. No deadline.
If you are chosen, you will need to register with a Performing Rights Organization (P.R.O. ... ie., ASCAP, BMI, etc.). If you are not registered, let us help you register with ASCAP as we have a rep that can get you fixed up for FREE.
In order for the rep to register you, he will need the following:
Legal Name
D.O.B.
SS#
Address
Email Address
Phone Number
Good luck! Looking forward to hearing what you've got!

Up to yall - the opportunity is on the table...
And for those of you that don't know.........yes, you get paid. The amount is determined by any number of factors, none of which is in your, mine or the publisher's control such as frequency of plays, length of time, viewership, etc. You get paid quarterly from the PRO that you are of (I like ASCAP for these purposes). The PRO will send you a full report with your check. Often, the publisher can give you a heads up as to which TV programs, etc., your music was selected for inclusion.
Best of all, you lose no rights to your music.

Easy there, slayer... I also produce. Sorry, I'll give you my business email since you can't stand sending an email to something that appears to be "gay" ... < info@kustombeats.com > ... You are far from "professional" if you continue to have that attitude. The opportunity is available for those who decide to act upon it... Not for those who are too arrogant to see it...wobbles wrote:Check out my tu es man i been making dubstep for a whiiile bro got mad god shit eillig to send u some sick stuff but i gotta get payed kid this aint no motherfucking game after all
