Lost - Elephant Tusk

Post by Freq-Skank » Wed May 09, 2012 7:28 pm

Hey guys! I've been listening to this tune for ages

here it is here:

When the kick comes in, there is kind of a drum or something over it! Just wondering if you can give me the name of it?
Best tune I've ever heard in my life!

Kinda just sounds like a bunch of mellowed/detuned sawtooth wave forms with a pitch automation on them turned into a one-off zap sound effect. I'm just listening through N iPhone speaker though. I can tell you that it's not a drum... But rather a sound that is being used percussively
