FL Studio BPM help...

Ok so I drag a tune, onto the playlist. I want to slow the bpm of that tune only. I tried fucking with the time, but there is a certain point where you can't go any lower (BPM). I also tried to automate the FL studio main BPM but have the same problem and can't go any lower. Any one can help? :)))))))))):):)::):):

How to lower BPM on a track that you drag into the fl studio playlist. Slow it down.
