i feel like i got heart disease just from looking at that picture

I know im late here but that pic allways makes me laugh as straight after it people start chatting air about Heart attacks and what not.

It actually has less calories than a big mac and to be fair it is still two chicken breasts, some bacon and cheese which is all protien rather than empty carbs. Salt content is through the roof mind you

Amount of saturated fat in that still must be pretty high though, and that's what contributes more to the heart attack for all I know.

That's what pisses me off about militant anti-fast fooders, like somebody that goes on a 30 minute rant to me because I had a double cheeseburger from maccies about how bad it is for me, when I've had one in a blue moon. Especially when it's from someone that goes and gets smashed 3 nights a week.
