Absolutely, but techno DJs who have this range are in the minority. I've been to a lot of techno gigs over the years and only a few stand out as genuinely varied. Come to think of it, it's mostly the American ones who are better - most of the European techno guys are pretty limited in their range.

Don't get me wrong, that's fine if that's what they want, I just prefer a bit more variation as the subtle tonalities start to disappear by hour 3.

Plenty of techno .. and later today I've got the very elusive SAWLIN [Ann Aimee / Delsin] on the show - episode 199

Episode 200 will be by an even more elusive artist ... info soon
