What's the one that Youngsta (especially) been smashing with the "just feel it" vocal sample?

Think it's on Allstars 5, but haven't gotten to a listen on that yet (shameful, I know).

Cheers. :)

Easy, it's Mary Anne-Hobbs' first tune on Oris Jays Sonar vids.

Sounds familiar but I just can't quite place it...

the music over the titles is the start to Formation by Elemental, the first tune that the crowd are dancing to is Mud by Loefah.

"I don't give a damn...I don't give a fuck" simple as that, i'm sure you'll know which one I mean it's getting played a fair bit.

ok so its a tune that i always thought was the A l i c i a K e y s dub, but having heard the Skream Essential Mix it seems i was mistaken...

played only a handful of times when ive seen D M Z, its primarily nothing but sub and really, really minimal percussion, with organ swells, and the occassional minimal vocal snips

i can only imagine that it is a M a l a tune, but ive never heard it on radio or anywhere other than a club (one time at fwd, one time at the last DMZ)

thanks for the tip :) it could well be, i think it was indeed loefah who dropped it now i think about it. madness if its vex'd, quite a stunning stylistic shift! but it did have that epic touch which so often seems to accompany them. cant wait for the album, ive got a lot of faith in those guys

track id?

Post by koenaars » Thu Jul 12, 2007 3:35 pm

I'm looking for title and artist of a track.

All I know about it that the songs uses a quote from the movie kids:

"I'm Casper the dopest ghost in town, all the bitches love me cause I'm fucking Casper..."

I think this is actually JME - Flippin Hell (from Tropical, not Poomplex), not the first tune like they say in the comments.

i'm searching a tune... heard it this thursday and last month at "no partial" (dubstep party here in cologne).
i'm pretty sure that it's released because the german resident dj played it.

it has some dub/ragga elements in it (not sure if there were vocals), but there is a really hard drop with a descending pitched fx sound (like a dying robot in an old cartoon or something) and a triolic (or something similar), harsh wobble line

I WANT TO KNOW THE NAME OF THIS ONE
:?:
