Fairly sure - only thing I can tell is different is the polarity picture, it's pointing to the - instead of the +

Hmm, okay. I'll take the synth into work with me tomorrow and take it down Maplin at lunch and see if I can find one that works. If not, then I reckon I've got a diode replacement to do
