I find if I eat or drink too late the night before, is always a problem consuming food/ drink in the morning...maybe try eating 4 hours before you go sleep c if that helps!


BBC5 is the most unsubstantiated load of shit I have ever seen. Trying to make it like a BBC website does not suddenly make them a credible source of information, I can't speak for all the content on there but on the whole I cant believe people get sucked in by most of that shit. Worst one someone made me try and watch was a 'documentary' on plants having feelings/ emotions/ not liking dying

no posts for a while, and you just come in here and shake up my entire world

^^ we are aware of concepts like significance and grand schemes and of the universe it's self. that alone makes us pretty significant in my eyes!

and yes, compassion needs to be first and second nature. after so long of forgetting, we do need to be reminded until we remember.
