if the quality isn't changing then I could really care less. nothing really wrong with the current soundcloud, although i wish there was a permanent way to remove comments from say an entire persons page so you can browse their stuff without having to disable them track by track.

The main thing they dont have is the "spotlight" screen which means your own posted tracks get lost quickly. I do love the way sets work now though, I've wanted to organize my favourites for ages.

Expect the followin:

Sets being used as monthly playlists
Reposts will work like retweets on twitter
People will complain about the design until they understand it/all the features get added

I think it's great, it's a beta so it doesn't have to be perfect

Same with the freezes and blank screen, went back to the old one after a few minutes Looks ok though, I like how the comments dont pop up like crazy

I like it, but it doesn't seem to have private links to private tracks...only way to share private tracks is to share it on Soundcloud, and I like using the Secret Link other places. Hopefully they'll add that feature back in.

okaye okaye, i believe it's not going to be like that when it's done, but even aside from that only good thing i see about this are more subtle comments and being able to download your own tracks. That doesn't need a complete overhaul.

I can see it becoming even more flooded with spam and becoming another 'social' retard magnet.

Tried to get in the beta, lets see if I get picked, it'd be good to blow my socks off, I just don't want them to "fix" anything that doesn't need to be fixed, I like the current SC
