Muscle dummies are supposed to love carbs. Eating carbs with protein is always recommended for people obsessed with growing muscles. It stops it from being converted to fat.

@jameshk, it's not always bad but some people use weird cheese on their burger. depends on the cheese... yellow cheese I'm iffy on, sometimes it tastes too strong in a bad way. Kinda like using too much spice in the burger.

Agreed, but they don't really count. They are more rubber than anything surely.

Bro, it is my heartfelt belief that cheese is far more important than the bun, and its willful exclusion from your burger reveals a character disposed to brotherly excess.

Love TPB.

Can't fathom why someone wouldn't want a bun with their burger though.

i don't make burgers much but when i do:

ground filet tips for meat
toasted bun (with marrow butter)
green chillies
pepper jack & cheddar (tilamok)
grilled onions
bacon
tomato
butter lettuce
and some kind of aioli (usually a stoneground mustard & garlic affair)

or

meat
toasted bun
BBQ sauce
onion rings
cheddar

Hahahaha, seen a few US people rallied against ketchup on their hot dogs. What's the beef?
