As much fun as you think it is.
You're reading a self help book written by a Daft, Dick?

Not a self help book, but yes the guy's name is Dick Daft. Which amusingly means it gets listed as "Daft, Management" in most book stores.

Looks like the sort of thing my housemate would think it was a good idea to read whilst enjoying the smell of his own guffs. Are you going for an MBA or something?

I will be soon, once I'm in a better place to apply for it.

Just finished Neil Gaiman's American Gods. Pretty decent read.

I'm reading a real winner:

Eat to Beat Arthritis, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholestorol and 51 Other common Health Problems.

That's the whole title.

Tbh, if there's one qualification that really helps it's an MBA - should give you a nice couple of rungs on the ladder instantly... especially if you're already happy managing others. I hate the (luckily tiny) management aspect of my job... computers are so much less hassle than humans. Especially humans that don't always speak intelligable English. :u:

Love a bit of Wodehouse :)

Just started reading Bill Bryson's Short History of Nearly Everything. Was promptly reminded why I put it down the first time and forgot about it. It's quite shoddy, especially when it comes to physics.

The only reasons I'm still reading it are:
a) I've packed up all my other books and reading material
b) I've never not finished reading a book before no matter how poor I found it to be
