Well, to me it just seems very generic. Every stereotypical brostep archetype was thrown in and it didn't seem to flow well at all. Despite that I really didn't hate it, but it felt like you were trying to make your tune fit in more then stand out.

I guess what I am really saying is that it sounded like a mashup of all the popular brostep artists out there, instead of an original tune.

Imo, it sounded pretty cheesy and forced. I'm just not felling the vibe of this tune.
Its evident you know what your doing, but like FuDuzn said, its very generic.
Step outside of the box a bit, and get lots of feedback from random people before sending it to djs. The mix down is fine, and the sound design is decent, but the overall vibe is lackluster, imo. keep working though.

Thanks for your replys guys means alot. Ive taken on board what you all said and see where ur all comming from. I didn't set out just to make dubstep and I feel that making all types of music helps you grow as a producer. I shall have a re think and I have taken your criticism onboard . Thanks dudes

I think the mixing and sound design is good.
I really think you have to play with it more in terms of sound choices it just sounds unfinished to me and choppy.
imo It has potential, people are gonna say it sounds "generic" but you obviously like that kinda sound so just keep with it.
maybe hold off on sending tunes to djs until you know that its a real banger and from feedback of others you will know.

Nah, its good- but it just seems that you have a more fluid, slower and a bit more ambient personal taste in music. You should follow that suit more- after all, the best part of the song was the part before the second drop. You have good tunage.
