Some of them are actually quite tasty, if a bit on the chewy side.
can be a little gamey though, need garlic, perhaps a pinch of salt

my uncle Jack Weasel makes that coffee

His roast beans are gorgous.. Good ol' unkle jack.. When is he opening his coffee shop ?
