Drums are a bit on the weak side IMO, the kick is lacking a bit and the snare feels a bit thin, like it needs some reverb or something to bring it out more. The drum programming feels very static, like hard quantised, and there isn't a lot of variation from start to finish, like extra hits, so the beat itself gets a bit boring after nearly 5mins.

Yeah the entire mix is leaning towards the mix side - also, on the compositional side of things, something like this which has a slightly climactic vibe to it should have more of a rising action, so to speak. This kind of just warms up with some hits, takes a second break and then goes into its thing - it should build more, incorporating more atmosphere to help it build
