Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
Re: Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
Glad i've checked this thread out, the whole 20-23 age thing is so right. I find it also more interesting to check this house topic out than like on a house forum, as we all have a bit of a dnb / grime / dubstep background..
Not really deep house but it's stuck in my head for months, just a very good hook (out end may)
Soundcloud
also (i didn't understand) vocal stuck in my head
Needs a long dj edit!
Soundcloud
(horizontal ground is the label, not artist)

Re: Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
I know nothing about house really, and went to a night recently which included Warboy, Inigo Surio, Jay Tempest, Nick Tcherniak.
Was this going along the lines of deep house? Or was it a more techno vibe? Enjoyed it anyhow.

THE house label for me is Local Talk, serious deep 90s house vibe.
just how i like it

Re: Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
imma have to listen to all these and then spend a lot of money
ive been trying to find some tunes to mix between 90s garage/deep/disco house and into present/darker house and techno

Re: Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
I agree with the whole 20+ thing of getting into deep house but it also seems to be the current hype - deep house, tech house and techno - for people that were into dubstep a few years ago and the 'scene' in general.poepsnor wrote:Glad i've checked this thread out, the whole 20-23 age thing is so right. Dunno if anyone here goes on this but a mate showed me Be At TV a couple of weeks ago, it's pretty sick. Has all the latest mixes from Ibiza and London Warehouse Events etc. so lots of Techno and House.

Re: Deep House (Hot Creations etc)
amazing tune! and album in general, there's a Theo Parrish ugly edit of the original track (gq - lies) which is a lot longer.poepsnor wrote: Needs a long dj edit!
I agree about hot creations etc being effectively 'jump-up' house, not really a fan. I did see Jamie Jones though at Glade in 2009 (i think?) and quite enjoyed it. Some of his edits are ok too.
When it comes to house noone can beat the americans imo
