Almost caught my house on fire about an hour ago. Went to make a cup of tea, didn't notice that someone switched my kettle for a pot of grease (what the fuck) and I smelled fries (chips), went to check the kitchen and it was fully smoked. Nearly vomited taking the grease pot outside and threw it on the (thankfully) wet grass, which didn't put it out but didn't spread it. Put the pot out with some rocks, smokes clearing, and I probably shouldn't be in the house, but whatever.
