Worked fine for me through their site after a few tries and with a bit of patience. Haven't installed it yet though. Can I only activate it on 1 pc? I'm asking cuz I'm planning on getting a new one by the end of the year.

Seems like there's no real restriction on installing it again. It's a simple serial code with nothing else. The EULA might say differently, but I didn't notice anything. Here's the official rules/agreement (not loading right now obviously): http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/pro ... rules.html

You can run it in demo mode, but yes you need an auth code to unlock.

Done it twice on their site now, you just gotta be patient, at some point you will get through. Yeah you need the code.

In the same situation, thought it was cool to be getting a free moog, this is just annoying!

a free moog VST is gonna draw a lot more traffic than usual for them. the code will come eventually. if it doesn't, i am pretty sure they will be happy to provide one if you e-mail them in a weeks time after things have settled down. a few days to wait for a free product is not a big deal

No, all the features Arturia added aren't available (except those I mentioned). It's essentially an emulation of the original 1970 R.A Moog Minimoog now, before they became Moog Music. Though this one is polyphonic of course.

The website currently says this: Facebook users will receive an email within 48 hours in order to get their activation code and download links.

Hopefully they haven't botched the whole facebook signup thing, really anxious to play around with this synth.
