if its only crashing when playing games, then lower the graphical settings within said game, update graphics driver, or look into getting a new card. if its crashing when doing anything intensive, and when you say crashing, if you mean the whole sys freezes, even the mouse, then you may be looking at blown caps on the motherboard. if it fails to load some times, it could be ram or hdd.
u can download a ram and hdd checker alot of places on the net if you want to rule these things out.

you're probably getting this stuff anyway, but it doesn't sound like that would fix anything for you - it's almost definitely a heat issue with cpu2. turn the pc on with the case open to make sure the fan above your heatsink is actually spinninghave a 80 gig harddisk,so i need to upgrade that anyways.
and im gonna buy some ram (small stick),and a motherboard.
should cost me £100 in all
GET A MACINTOSH.
