Have you already got CDJ's? Get a vinyl turntable and use it alongside the CDs, that's what I did for ages while I built up my record collection!

Buy all the vinyl you can afford
and some that you can't afford

Havent got either atm, too broke to afford anything

Don't waste your money on CDJ's just jump straight into vinyls, i have seen a pair of technic 1200MK2's for £200 at a second hard store.

If you haven't already got them i agree not to bother with CDJs. Second hand stores, pawn brokers and garage/car boot sales are all good places to look for audio equipment!

Was just another 808/909/X0X/whatever drum machine is hyped at the moment with a vocal sample over it b2b acid house bassline. Tonnes of them around, absolutely nothing special, and I get the feeling were it not released on Swamp, there wouldn't be 10% of the hype around it.

Man like Tes La Rok released some absolute tunes, Uprise, etc. and now he's put out something that's just bland to me. His choice, totally, just not for me.

even though I honestly hate to agree with Sonika, I felt Trusta was a step up again for the label. Deffo a little edge on most of the other recent releases. Though I can't quite define what it is.

So basically the death of breakstep though I think hot flush still put out some good releases.

Saddest moment for me was not hearing anything from Bar9 after their In da mix album, other than piano tune. All I've heard from them after that have been remixes..
