Electro noise in there isn't really my cup of tea so won't comment on that. Drums are a bit on the weak side, kick is flat and the snare is lacking some prescence & a bit on the weak side.

Have to agree with wub. The drums have no soul in them for me would suggest changing up the kick and snare.

Not to my personal tastes but i could image people liking it.

Preface: the minimalistic thing isn't my thing, repetitive. The top synth is kinda annoying and could use more variation. Groove seems static?

Yeah the kick needs beefing up, it's usually the focus in these types of tracks, needs some more percussion to support it as well and help things roll. I liked the main synth out of everything but yeah just gotta get them drums up to scratch :D
