Never understood the hate for MGMT. I mean the first album its justifiable or at least understandable but Congratulations as a whole is just such a complete and fantastic album, one of the very few rock/indie albums still doing justice to the format.

I've never heard anyone hate on them, but I know a lot of people were turned off by Congratulations. I personally think it's a masterpiece, every track clicks hard. I've listened to Siberian Breaks over 30 times on my computer alone.
Congratulations was really cool though, it had the psychedelic feel to it and the art-rock inspiration doubled by good lyrics and good production. Probably one of my favorite albums of all time (right there with Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band).
