My wife takes tins of fruit, unsweetened.
She freezes them and then blends them into a smoothie.
Fackin great with banana and some peanut butter.

i have fuck off smoothies every night
dark rum, frozen strawberries, grapes, bananas, oranges/tangerines = win
most of the time i don't even need a meal after a pint and a half of pure fruit

yeah not loads but enough to melt the fruit. it's probably still about 4 shots tbh
the problem with is it that i feel i have to wait until at least 8 to have one

Man I need to set aside so much money to pay for all this stuff.
I want to get Nitro Circus at the 02 tickets thats £50
Tickets to WHP are £25 + whatever travel is and possibly a premier inn or something.
Tickets to Fabric One Mans cd launch etc etc
National express to WHP and back is £24, not bad. Takes like 5 hours though
