Definitely - I like Ableton a lot, and it too has advantages that no other DAWs (except Bitwig ;-) ) offer, esp. in the performance realm. I like the workflow and the racks are cool too.

However, between the price tag, the design-ism gone a little rampant, and the comparative system usage footprints between them (and bearing in mind my computer is a piece of shit :( ) - Reaper still wins in my book. Also, the routing matrix in Reaper is a fuckin' dream playground! :twisted:

There's a routing matrix in Max for Live I believe. I've never tried reaper though so I can't really choose sides. But I love how Ableton has RACKS ON RACKS ON RACKS!
