Was excited i "briskly walked" 4 miles, so i pushed it another half. If i keep improving at this rate ill actually be able to jog soon instead of feeling like a fat weakling "just walking fast". So out of shape but so ready to change that.

Yesterday was so good. On my friend's roof, got his decks up, chilling in the sun listening to tunes. Today absolutely nothing to do except for jam and go swamp 81 tonight.
And i bought tickets for the swimming at paralympics, only a tenner.
