Eye-siC - Odd balance between some of your sounds, for example some drum hits are too loud, subs a little overbearing, but I absolutely love your synth work and certainly not a boring song at all. Sounds great.

Kongret - I love your drum structure, the actually mixing and technical side of the track isn't necessarily as good as it could be, so fix up your mixdown, and work on improving the actual sound quality. Still a very impressive and funky track, god damn :D

MORZ42 - Love it, so chill, melodic, calming, pleasing to the ears. Gets me going starting at 1.00.

AndreiStephen : cool music, very dynamic, love that sort of things ) dont know what to add ) you probably just wanted to make sure you're on the right way, yes sir you are )

Bassf4ce : you need to make the kick and the snare louder, also use 3 bases 2 subs - one before the kick (30 - 80 hz) second after the kick (90 - 130 hz) and then the most audible one from 200 and whatever it feels like. Try to do it that way and you wont have problems with the kick and you will have solid kick, because it wont be mixed in with subs. Just keep working on you composition and mixing techniques, you'll be fine in few months.

Burgeamon : Very cool, like the pauses, and the idea itself is very cool, some nice robotic sounds there ))) ! some synths stand out too much, too loud, leveling the volume on tracks should be the least of you problems, the tune itself is good, finish it.

Lizard_King : sounds big straight away , but where are you subs ? ) write some sub bass parts !

dougriley : grovy ! sound like youre not done with mixing in, but otherways sounds deep, i'd like to hea that main synth louder

ArrenMog : love the begining, scary , you could probably add more ambient sounds just to avoid complete silence ( night-wolf ), and the newest tune has sworst intro but better body, keep working it groves .

CE9958 » : very cool when the synth come in , cool remix, good work.

Kongret : very heavy, love that, also would love to hear some more low frequencies on that tune .

Living_Tragedy http://soundcloud.com/official-silver/latest-work-wip cool music, well structured, add some sub bases as I explained to Bassf4ce it should make your tune sound complete, otherways its really good for somebody who doesnt add sub bass in a dubstep tune ))) !! ! Keep up the good work.

@Bassf4ce - Your drum patterns could liven up your song alot more with a little work. I think having your kick pattern follow your wobble bass instead of the steady beat would be a good start. It seems like your wobble could use a bit more presence as well - maybe give it some stereo spread?

@Burgeamon - your song is sounding pretty good man. I really dig the drop. I also like the part you have at the end right now - kinda has a dancy feel to it. I think it might be cool if you threw whatever compressor you are using for your other instruments on your lead for that part.

@ Lizard_King - drums sound really good. I think that your ambience/noise levels are a little loud - maybe it is the stereo spread that makes them seem that way. I think your aggressive noises sound pretty good but seems to have a bit to much high end and not enough low end to it.

@ dougriley - mix sounds good - especially the precussion. I think it starts to get a bit repetitive for a bit there - giving your wobble a bit more variation - either rythmic or with the timbre could help keep it interesting.

@ArrenMog - really like your drums man - give the song a kind of d and b feel to it. I think if you did some work on your wobble to make it stand out a bit more this track would be tight.

Here is mine
This song is my first attempt at an electro house song - i posted it on here a while back but it is almost an entirely new song at this point. I would love an feedback you guys have on it. there are a couple parts I need to clean up but i think it is almost there. I dont really have a great sub so if anyone notices the sub 100hz range is all over the place please let me know :).

@npcompl33t: Everything sounds pretty good to me maybe just that main mid range gritty sound can be turned down a couple hairs and maybe make that kick show a little more cause it is house. Btw I ♥ portal :P

@AndreiStephen:
I think you should make the sub follow your wubs more, but it could be just sound cloud, because I am noticing when I upload a track lots of the sub gets taken away to a certain degree.

@alexeyhermann: To be honest I am not quite sure what your trying to make with this track I am guessing some sort of melodic dubstep. If so you might what to turn that transformy (not robotic though) sound down a little bit cause it is drowning all the other sounds that sound nice. sounds like it could be really nice track though kind of the gentle side of dubstep haha

Sound cloud is ruining my sub bass for some reason. Is it bad to export your file into a max quality then upload it?

@npcompl33t - great track man. arrangement is nice and gets me bobbing my head! definetly needs to be cleaned up quite a bit but overall a solid track that'll sound great with a complete mixdown. (not a huge fan of the snare you choose but then again thats just an opinion thing)

@alexeyhermann - i love how unique this track sounds. crazy sounds, good vocals, awesome drums and a good riff! the hi's are a little harsh to my ears and the sub could be a bit louder. touch up your samples too and this'll be a clean track.

@AndreiStephen - holy shit this was an awesome track! should EQ some space so that your snare and bass sit better with the bass. love the hi-pitched vocals, the rhythm, and the bassline. definetly have some good potential with this track.

Here's a track I just finished. About 80% done with the mixdown just need a bit of critique specifically with how the sub sits. Still trying to figure out the perfect way to make everything fit in my tracks. Thanks! :)

AndreiStephen; your intro is great. the tune has a good mid-ranger potential. im feeling your drop too, it sounds skrillex based but i feel if u can do your own, go for it. get some subs in that beat.

alexeyhermann; crazy modulation. good atmosphere / groove & vox sample. its an interesting concept, i like it, id just think about breaking the big modulation & letting the rest of the parts ride out / breath.

npcompl33t; tek sound, im not really feeling the overall flow , then again im not much into 4x4. big modulations & psytrance vibe. i enjoy the psytrace vibe. the breakdown sounds cool too

Bassf4ce; more variation, kick/snare is straight up. the hats give some groove but play with them & make better grooves. good start

skylerrivera17; gj on the finished tune, sounds clean.

@UVOZ The reverse hat seems a bit sharp on my end, the intro does become a bit boring, I would add some normal closed hats for the first 32 then bring in some drums the reverse hat had my sense of direction all over the place!. For the intro I would recommend maybe adding a dark pad and or FX/percussion then putting it at the start of every 8-16 with some reverb and delay just so its got a bit of a easier structure to follow. The drums I do like top end sounds good mid range is a bit splashy (although I am a minimal freak so anything with splash I auto dislike) snare could do with a bit of a chop at the end just so its a bit more cleaner. I'm not much of a fan of mid bass in general but I can see what kind you were going for and it does its job. In all honesty I would probably remove that Halloween sounding synth and put something a bit darker like a nice evil pad.

@skylerrivera17 Oh yeah, this I can rock with. Only thing I would pick at is the snare, not the echo over it but the main one its doing a bit of a click I would probably use something a bit cleaner. I dig the mid bass, I dig the atmosphere. even the trancey dancey synth that comes in I am digging. although I would personally cut the synth out when it goes back in just to keep it nice and dark hey ;) sub is fine on my end and i am using my trusted logitech x-230's haha! Overall great stuff man :W: :W:

@bassf4ce cant really give feedback on a 30 second clip.

@npcompl33t when it kicks from the dubsteppy vibe I am really digging it, as the 4x4 builds up I had a nice pc chair skank going on. Im feeling the fusion with the mid bass to edits and with the crazy synth work. breakdown had me thinking of a scene from kevin and perry but take that as a compliment sounds very tight and on point! overall good shit! drums and everything sounds clean and fits in perfectly! :W: .

Heres something I been working, top end might be a bit sharp if it is let me know and ill get to work on that. any other feedback much appreciated!

Smmooooothhh intro. I like that. Really nice drum work, everything is nice and punchy. Really liking the vibe to this one.

UVOZ
Thats one creepy fucking tune! Really like that snare big time. Hats may be a little high but only a fraction. Good shizzz.

alexeyhermann
crazy ideas going on here, i feel that a huge kick and some side chaining would sound fucking sick with that.

AndreiStephen
Thats a pretty cool sounding tune, maybe the basses could come up a touch. the off beat reggae bit is a bit too loud in the mix but its sounding good!

Ok.. another idea. This time going pretty funky / glitch hop with a load of chopped up edits and stuff.

@skylerrivera17 That bass is pretty sweet, it is so chill yet awesome. I'm in love with the synth though
@bassf4ce The general track is alright but the bass is too boring. Try to fatten it up or play with some modulation and add more swing to the drum beat and variation
@npcompl33t I really like the intro, it's very unique! The sounds could be fatter, but that all comes in time!

This is my first track and I need some constructive criticism. This is my remix of Linkin Park's Numb.

@sky Kick sounds pretty good but there's little to no punch/body in the snare. Either choose a different sample or beef it up/mix it louder. I like the pluck melody though.
@Uv not a huge fan of the intro, but liked the growls/snare a ton!
@Bass cool synth, but drums sound pretty out of it/need to be mixed way louder

Anyway, here's my little WIP

Try to give feedback to the people above your post, not at the top of the page. because then people get overlooked.

also try to give FEEDBACK not "DRUMS ARE COOL BASS NEEDS BE HIGHER HERES MY TUNE" because how exactly is that going to help someone improve?

@rymebox really british, great! I like. Maybe You get up snare a lit bit? For that great tape saturation with limiter. Snare must beat loud enough
@Burgeamon interest track. "Hey hey crowd" sound muddy and unmixed
@Burgeamon smooth track, very atmosperic and ambient, I like. Piano is great

I made remix :)
Please check it and give me some feedback

AndreiStephen
very cool intro man, i love the chords, the texture of the chords, the vocals compliment it very well, that drop is fierce my friend, I love it. very very sick work, i love the synth work and everything, it's very smooth, i think it should be a tad more aggressive and witty with interesting drum programming and stuff, by far the best i heard on this forum today bro, keep at it! ill follow yu too

alexeyhermann
interesting synth at the start, the chords are eerie yet kind of brings some nostalgic feeling to it, the vocals are a nice addition to it all, very groovy song mate really, i love the unique flavor you have going on, it sounds like a nice filler song for people to catch a breath or drink but it still holds that intensity for dubstep show, i think it should be slightly cleaned imo, some parts sound muddy at minimal and the kick is nice, maybe a more prominent snare or make it a bit louder by turning every other element except for your sub and kick to create a snappier groove that people can easily identify, not that it's not there but it could use a bit more high end imo, everything else is just amazing, please finish as soon as possible

npcompl33t
nice simple lead at the start, once the kick drops in is nice, everything sound somewhat bloated or something i dunno, its a dope structire, that little synth at the end of the intro is kind of weird but its all good, maybe something different would be better imo but its your tune bro, the vocals are alright, but once that bass builds then drops, damn, im loving it, it really picks up intensity, its very old schoolish feel but with that new style weve been hearing the past 2 years, i can honestly not say anything need more work except for synth work? but overall a very sick tune man, im really impressed with your song structure and how it changes through out which is so cool, what daw do you use? the second melody part once everything fades is dope, it reminds me of the old days with hardstyle and hardtrance, some of the melodies interfere with eachother that second build, some just dont fit right imo but the second drop is just pure amazing shit, i love the hype and sidechained saw that goes with your chords its damn good bro, keep at it. that bassliner solo after is nice, the melody kicks back in and it really compliments the vibe really well, i practically love the song structure you have for this dude, you have mad potential, my only thing about it is it needs to have a newer feel to it IMO, if I were to recreate this, Id make everything more innovative on the synths especially the basses but overall amazing amazing work dude

Bassf4ce
sounds decent, I dont really want to be too critical on your work because it sounds very incomplete, very early in the process , the bass is medicore at best imo, the snare needs work as well as the kick, the subbass sounds odd for some reason, did you apply any effects to it? stereo it? everything sounds flimsy and off but overall nice start to an idea bro

skylerrivera17
cool saw wobble, it sounds decent imo, it holds a nice minimal vibe, the sub is just right with the weight of the kick and sub, the melody is nice, very trance like and holds a feeling of solitude and peace, i especially enjoy the melody when it all comes down, its pure bliss imo, i could fall asleep to it , in a good way i mean haha. that subdrop is nice to the white noise and chord build, the drop is very smooth and gentle, I enjoy the melody at the drop, I personally feel the snare needs a bit of work in the high end and for some reason it sounds slightly delayed from the beat but that could be just me? overall im really enjoying your peaceful tune bro, i could honestly throw this on a sleep playlist and let er go. anyways, keep it up bro, i like the simplicity of it.

UVOZ
nice little piano chord you got going on, reminds me of al capone for some reason lmao, the build is very simple which i like for transitional purposes when djing, the build up with the vocals and basses sound nice to a build, i personally feel the drop is somewhat anti climatic but im guessing your going for the minimal deep dark vibe which i respect, this is definitely an interesting tune, i could imagine it as background music to some crime movie i dont know why, holds that diminishing return with jazz rhodes, overall interesting tune.

InTheCrowd
i instantly fell in love with the intro, the first few seconds, everything in this screams my favorite lounge vibe. overwhelming at best, i love your kick and snare alot. the chords are heaven, the background sounds are so amazing, i practically could do anything peacefully to this, please finish this as soon as possible, everything is amazing dude. I honestly cant saying bad about this song whatsoever, everything is just right imo, just maybe more subbass and more weight in your snare? everything is amazing though dude, hats off

Burgeamon
very funky start to your tune dude, it reminds me of this little chat game i used to play, the vocals, the chords, the little glitchy feel to it, everything has that nice funk , i personally dont like the vocals, the build is dope though, once that reesey growly saw and square comes in is sick, i love the drop, it reminds me of koan sound very much, the hey hey hey hey is a dope addition, this is definitely on the way too a dope track

ThirdPersonNoise
not a bad start bro, the vocals need to be in tune with your kick imo but the drop makes up for a dope track, i love your growly sounds with the typical moombah synths, the melodies on the second part are dope, the second drop is bananas dude, keep it up

rymebox
love the positive vibe in this, pretty cool instrumental bro, i love the intro alot to be honest, it sounds funky, reminds me of wind waker lmao but yeah, cool tune dude.
that build is pretty cool, it sounds somewhat weird imo but very cool drop!!!! i love it, so funky as fuck, im really admiring the drop, especially from the intro. the drop doesnt seem to need any work, just keep practicing youre on your way to dope tracks my friend

GuitarJon
personally not a fan of the bass at the start, nor the snare, the kick is decent, but personally don't find any innovation in this, the chord build with the vocal filtering is nice, it reminds me of armins music, once those trancey chords kick in it got more interesting, not personally a fan of the lyrics but overall a very cool chorus, that chord build is bananas, the drop is very sick, i love the way the chords are gliding across your drum patterns, maybe more glitchiness would be appreciated but its a damn good drop, finish asap , the second drop is pretty cool. i love the way you have your vocals autotuned, it inspired me to get back into the vocal chopping and key manipulation, the vocal pattern on the third part is so sick, the way it repeats and compliments this feeling of rush really compliments it. the vibrato guitar like sound is amazing, i admire that style lately and it compliments everything nicely, the third drop is pretty decent, i am enjoying this tune though, the itnro is very sick, keep it up bro, nice work.
