I have finished what I call a CD. Does anyone know of anywhere or place where I can a label to try to pick up my music and press it or publish it? I don't know if the topic has been covered but I woulds appreciate any information you guys may have. Thankz!!
Thankz for the Idea, but i'm out in the States so there is no radio stations that play this format. I guess ima have to hit the scene and find Dj's that way.
When I finish a CD that's because I finish it, and I am ready to move on to the next project. I don't care if people have suggestions and what not. Unless they want me to extend it to put vocals on it then i'll change it. But I find that if you set a time limit for your project you don't get frustrated by going back to a song over and over. Just delete the ones that suck and put in the good ones. Technically a song is never done, but there is no use to killing yourself over it. If you are happy with it then youre done.surely you cant just finish 1 cd and say your done with it? i might feel different to everyone els but i personnaly wouldnt say im done at all and even if i did id have made like a thousand cd's.

Umm, dunno about that mate!petS buD wrote:Thankz for the Idea, but i'm out in the States so there is no radio stations that play this format.
Theres quite a few American/Canadian DJs on various broadcast and Net radio stations.
Joe Nice for example!
Anyway you could try and send it out to a few folk by the marvelous medium of the internet as well - get in contact with anyone you think might be interested and see if they'll take a listen.
Many such people can be found on this forum, as well as on Myspace and other such sites.
Can't hurt!I guess ima have to hit the scene and find Dj's that way.
And posting in the "dubs" section is also a good start
Good luck
