On Saturday 25th August our good friends A Bunch Of Cuts will be celebrating the album launch for DRS' new offering on the Marcus Intalex’s Soul:r imprint as the second event of Broken & Uneven's 'The Hydra' series. Pulling out all the stops for a D&B bank holiday special will be ABoC residents Calibre, D Bridge, Doc Scott, Klute, Marcus Intalex, SP:MC and Justyce alongside a performance of the album from DRS alongside DJ sets from album guests SPY and Dub Phizix. Anyone that attended the Easter special earlier on this year will know about the extremely family-like atmosphere that A Bunch Of Cuts brings to a party.

Venue Announcement:



We are very excited to finally announce that the venue we have chosen for the A Bunch of Cuts Party this Saturday is Studio Spaces, Wapping. We were originally planning on using Hackney Downs Studios again, however due to recent complications as a result of the Olympics and related restrictions, unfortunately we are unable to do so.

However we are confident that Studio Spaces are an excellent alternative. It has recently been refurbished to the highest standard to create a state of the art events space. Consisting of two rooms, plenty of toilets and bars, we feel that is it the perfect venue for the party. Sound Services will yet again be providing the sound so you can rest assured that it will be a good as the Exit Records / Easter A Bunch of Cuts.

The nearest Station is Shadwell. The venue is a 7/8 minute walk from Shadwell, which is two stops from Shoreditch High Street and one stop from Bank.

There are some important things to remember ahead of Saturday:

We will be using the new RA Bar Code Tickets so you must bring a print out of your tickets. No print out, no entry.

There will be credit card machines and a cash back facility.

There will be a fully staffed clock room.

There will be tickets available on the door but please arrive early to avoid big queues and guarantee entry.
