J:Kenzos rise to A-list status in the dubstep scene has been a time line of momentous moments.
From humble begins with 'Tekno Bass' in 2008, J:Kenzo has seen releases on Caspas 'Dub Police' imprint, 'Argon Records', his own imprint, 'Soul Shakers' and multiple releases on one of the scenes leading forward thinking labels, 'Tempa Records'.
His recent releases on Tempa saw his profile sky rotek, sorry, sky rocket (pardon the pun) and he was subsequently approached by BBC 1Xtra to carry out a fortnightly 1 Hour mix for Mistajam's Daily Dose of Dubstep section, showcasing exclusive dubplates and Kenzo's take on the sound he is pushing from the Dubstep scene.
He has travelled the globe DJing, from the United States to all over Europe and as far away as tours to Japan for the album launch.
J:Kenzo is now about to embark on the holy grail of artists releases... his forthcoming self titled album 'J:Kenzo - J:Kenzo' is set to be a credible mainstream success and propel J:Kenzo into the living rooms and clubs of music lovers all over the world.

You'e kidding yourself if you think this is going to be a mainstream hit. I don't think I'll be hearing Ruffhouse on the local radio station anytime soon.

Can't wait for the album! I'd love for Ruffhouse to be played on the radio (or any other Kenzo tunes)!

obviously those aren't gonna be on the vinyl. it's like that with every album, they release promotional singles first... like deeply from madd's album, air breaker from goth trad's. it's how they generate more interest in the LP, don't be thick

Lol I was just thinking that after reading the Heny G album thread now this.
Looking forward to this, not too far away either! Won't bother listening to any of the ones I haven't heard until the vinyls hit my turntables!
