Where to find Accapellas

Sites like LoopMasters and all those places that sell drum kits also have acapella kits. YouTube has a few HQ acapella of songs. You can crop out some from video games and movies as well. Instead of finding direct downloads, sample your own.

Have discussed with the missus the possibility of buying some land on which to live and raise alpacas. Land is cheap as in Spain right now for obvious reasons, and a few acres in the foothills of the mountains north of Madrid wouldn't set me back as much as you'd think. Build a house, build a barn/outhouse, raise alpacas.

Anyone try out Killer Acapella's on LoopMasters? Thinking about spending the cash on these, I dont have any truly clean, high quality acapellas.

Been on apellas4u.co.uk/ and some of there stuff is decent. But way to much reverb and there is always a reminisce of the original melody. Guess it depends on who made the acapella but regardless i need cleaner stuff to work with.

Anyone have examples of songs they made with these, or experienced them first hand? From what i hear, its a good vocal pack.

I found a shitload of mint rap records 50cents each at my local record shop. They've all got acapellas so I got a bit of work recording them. Some are more rnb I think so those could be more useful to some. I would never think of uploading them to rapid share

go for early 90s RnB vinyls, theyve almost always got an acapella on the flip.

Other than finding them on 12"s... Acapellas4U is pretty much the only resource I use.

There are a few crap ones, but most of the ones I found were pretty high quality studio acapellas. The only problem is - sometimes you still get instrumental bleed from their headphones - or you have the reverb that the engineer put on (especially if it was an acapella on 12"). But that is what you get when you sample...you have to work with the condition/quality given.

If that still doesn't work for you - record your own versions of the samples you want.

the problems come from the phase cancelling process used to make the accapella, usually its not too much though and i would deffinitly reccomend that site.. you just obviously have to watch out for copyright
