I would say out of the hundreds of week smokers I have met and blazed with over time I've only met 2 or 3 people that I consider good rollers. Most people really don't know what they are doing and just make some horrible harsh concoction of death and bad roaches that taste like an old bin.

I know so many good rollers, bobs, tulips, w/e haha but I live close to Hollandia. With these weedbans tho but I do have to say u Brits suck at rolling a good spliff. Really really suck at it, don't burn the end (ha Badger ), rolling like icky sticky, no fat ones, no rolling it thight and tapping it (like cigs) on the table !
Anyway I would smoke you all out. Pretty sure except for a really trained Dutchman.

Haven't met anyone from Belgium/Holland then I guess or just not the right ones. I think Zealand could compete tho from what I've heard.
