if u got even more money to blow try casein, you take it at night, its a slow acting protein and works while u sleep




Supplementing with gutamine is as good as pointless. Stick with your essential fats (omega 3s and 6s), protein, creatine and a lot of people say vitamins (but I'm not too sure). I also take a preworkout, which is also something actually works. But how much you need it depends.
