Well I don't think creating porn laws should be done before animal cruelty, if anything there should be more punishments for animal cruelty and that would obviously include this stuff anyway.

The laws you mentioned are odd because it varies greatly. In some countries it's illegal to make or sell it, but it's legal to own it. Also in the US a few places don't have bestiality laws. A friend of mine works @ Motherless and that site is filled with animal porn, yet hosted in the US. I remember him telling me they haven't been shut down since their HQ is in New York, but the servers are in Texas where there is currently no law against it (though they have tried to pass one a few times) and also there are 3 or 4 other states with no laws on the books I think I remember reading.

Anyway I don't think the majority of people find it 'sexy', it's probably arousing from a taboo, and 'extreme shock' perspective related to sadomasochism which is largely focused on power, domination, and control. I'd bet the large majority of them have deep issues stemming from childhood. Abuse, neglect, etc.

He's an administrator/coder on a few different sites like that. They are always hiring freelancers since those kind of sites need a lot of upkeep and constant code modifying/writing. Anyway they will host anything that isn't illegal, I assume that means illegal where the servers are located. I doubt there's 5 year olds and if someone uploads it it gets promptly removed (it would have obviously been shut down long ago otherwise), but I'm sure there are videos of people that are 16 or whatever, that's probably what they mean. They will delete something that gets enough complaints but only if it's obviously illegal. Their motto is "moral-free zone" lol...
