i'll be honest, they were good, atmosphere wasn't really there, the crowd was pretty shit, the venue was wrong, the sound was quiet

they put pure effort into it which was great and they were pretty fucking tight considering they haven't toured in like 12 years, but as a whole the gig wasn't amazing for me which is a shame

Seeing Tony Allen live last night, it was absolutely sick, the guy is still absolutely on it, most spritely 72 year old I've seen.

P Daley wrote:Sorry all but I'm leaving this all behind. Production, electronic music, and the whole scene are becoming detrimental to my pursuit of metaphysical knowledge. I'm leaving behind my life to start anew, with a lust for knowledge over money, fortune, fame, or respect. I'm posting it in this thread because this is making me happy, happy that I'm able to cut ties with even my most piquant pursuit (music), and this forum has helped me immensely in learning the ropes and broadening my musical ability and tastes.
Thank you all for that, maybe I'll cross paths with another ninja in the future, I'm planning on moving to England in the next several years, and I'll be sure to come back and meet some of you.
Thanks much for everything, peace.
