If you've got a good hi-fi system, leave it flat. If you're using computer speakers, electronic.

i dont use that software. it looks like Itunes is a software EQ for listening to your music collection? If thats about right, then I would say you should EQ to your speakers and listening space. If you have a bass dip at your monitoring position, then give it a bit of a boost, etc

I bought one of those USB turntables so that I could have all my vinyl in a digital format.

Nonetheless, it is very rare to see someone with a legit digital version. I wasn't accusing the guy for piracy, I was just saying what i thought.

Really depends on your ears and the gear you are using. Just try listening to a tune and moving the sliders so one frequency range doesn't overpower the others.

If you have some time and high end gear you can try this. http://www.head-fi.org/a/tutorial-on-ho ... headphones

There isn't one golden eq setting to make all music sound good on all speakers to everyone.

Go to http://www.digitaltrends.com/home-theat ... skip-video and see what all the 4KHz and 60Hz stands for. It has good explanations. :)
