Thanks for the feedback bro!@Smor3 I do love the new change up to it! Unless you want to go gritty with the main synth, then lower the high pitch sounding synth in the background. However that synth you got that's deep in the background is just a litttle too gritty. Try lightening it down a tiny tiny bitVocals are a tiny bit out of place, try a bit of reverb or in your DAW look for the "Vocal EQ" function if you have one. Then modify it from that preset. Loving the ambient jungle sounding noises, animal wise. Reminds me of another track very upbeat.
Other than those things, track is flowing well and coming together.
@Ficticious: I really like the intro.. Maybe add a snare hit at the drop, into some modulation, and flow the kicks with the modulation, so they kick with it. You could also try and use some pad fx, and weird sounding noises, with the modulation. It's all about layering, and that's what I did with my track.. I have ocean sounds, seagulls, cellos, flutes, 2 layers of different orchestra hits, 2 layers of bells, all compressed with the kick, and then the lead synth with the vocals, compressed as well...
Btw, what did you mean it was to gritty? could you please be more specific ^__^.. Do you mean it's to rough, and could use more character?
Thanks,
