turkey is more flavourful than chicken, everyone knows this, if there was as many turkey shops/restaurants around as there are chicken restaurants you would be off chickens ass like THAT.

in fact, the only time i've ever been seriously affected by a meat i've eaten, as in zero to very very not hero in about 5minutes was pork, from a dodgy uncooked pork dumpling i ate on my first day in thailand

thats it, so it might be my stomach, but seriously, i eat duck quite a bit (considering the average family wont eat it once in a year i reckon) and i eat it when its red in the middle and am fine

red meat shouldn't really give you any problems at all
