I don't recall anything like that, was it a part of Korean Eye exhibition? The only expressive bright coloured paintings were these: http://www.koreaneye.org/artist/haeri-yoo Many others seemed to focus on some sort of weird effects, like various forms of 3D (from image changing depending on the angle of looking at it to canvas rolling down the drawing and extending it into sculpture) And this absolutely beautiful robotic flower, I managed to stay in front of it for so long time, getting it to react, that I had to rush the top floor of the exhibition a bit_v_ wrote:ch3 wrote:My ESA has been approved. Great exhibition at Saatchi gallery*. Found a fiver on the pavement in Chelsea => free beers in Battersea park. Beautiful sunset by the river. Good day
*if you're in London, go check it! Couple of weeks left, free entry - totally worth it!
did u see paintings there of like women, some possibly with tattoos, maybe a painting with what looks like about 4 barbie dolls sitting around a table but thier faces are all a bit mangled? bright sort of colours used, big expressive brushstrokes...?
*Edit: thats my fiver.
The picture doesn't do it a justice!
