I'm going to get a kitten soon to keep my girlfriends company and i like the idea of a rescue cat but I'd like a chartreux blue, ragdoll or burmese

dont get a rescue cat, half of them turn out to be fucking psychotic. Cats always turn out much better if you raise them from young <3

I found my older one in a bin. Pretty lucky that he turned out alright.

Well I had 2 cats at one point. The rescue cat died tho, she got gingivitis and eventually it got worse despite medication and she had to be put down. She was fucking insane tho, even though the shelter lied to use and said she was "especially friendly with children"
We grew to love her for her insanity but honestly she was a reet radgey.
Our other cat we have had from a kitten, and I am still yet to meet another cat who is anywhere near as friendly as she is
