Klaypex buzzing sound

Hey guys ive been trying to figure this out for a while. There is a partacular sound that ive been scouring the net for but cant find a trace of how to make it. The sound im looking for is in the track "chinters will by Klaypex." If anyone could shed some light on this for me id love to have some feedback. Thanks.

When in the song, I don't hear a "buzz"

Probably help to link a song and at what time the sound is at.

I dont know how to describe it. sounds like it could be like a buzz scratch wobble. you can hear it at :56 in the song
