Looks like this hit 2K downloads in under 24 hrs so the free download ceased. They're working on transferring some more credits over, apparently this is how Bandcamp works. I'd wait a day or 2 and check it again to see if it's back to free status. I know they're also going to work with Addictech to host it as a free download.

I wouldn't call this mix strictly Electro, moreover Booty Bass, but definitely worth a mention for anyone who wants to get into the Miami side of things.
