hey mate love the choon :)

one thing i will say is to pay a little more attention to the eq on the bass.

You want the sub to sound as big as possible on all systems. I listened thru headphones and i could hardly hear the bass but it sounds like the bass could be heavy below 60-70hz (but cant tell on these speakers) which is great but it needs a bit of a push above 60hz i reckon. Other than that it is a LARGE dub :)

def gonna play it out 8)

i had the same problem
on my headphones, which aint too shabby i really couldnt hear the bass.

i would def look at it and maybe repost it?
cuz this is a good little skrewface of a tune. i like how it just drags itself thru the gutter. but fix up the bass and itll be killer

as to the bass part - i can definitely hear my technics h-phones rattling at the lower end. perhaps, making it louder and tightening up the lowend wouldn't do harm to this piece indeed.

although - i should really listen to it at home first

good suggestions, I appreciate the feedback...Thanks for peeping guys, glad you are feelin' it.

I'll check out boosting the 60hz range on the drop bass so that its more apparent and in the front a bit more. In the car it hits really fuckin hard, haven't really had a chance to get a feel for the mixdown except with bass heavy systems so good lookin out, homies...

I'll re-post a new mixdown later today.

Rinse that shit!

BASS IS BOOMIN! on the subs in the whip. The sub could be cleaner but i really couldnt tell ya where to eq to get the gunk out. A little emphasis on the 60-70hz range would probably make it pop though.

Yeah...Theres also like 6 different bass' going in and out, not all of them need to be boosted in that range, alot already are so its going to just take a little mixdown action, thanks for the assistance in that. Get to test it on all of your systems :)

But like I already said a couple posts up, I'm going to do that so no more suggestions for the 60-70hz range boost ;)

Mission accomplished.

I woke up today with it repeating in my head the SECOND I sat up, and this was like 5:15am after 4 hours of sleep. Had fun choppin that shit up, it was SOOOOO hard not to use the part later in the song, as made famous by Evol Intents rmx of corrupt cops..."we got stick up kids..." Couldnt do it though.
