Re: Top 3 on Discogs Wantlist
The Burial x Massive Attack record is way overpriced, 1000 copies ain't rare at all...
Re: Top 3 on Discogs Wantlist
It is way overpriced, but it's as rare as the amount of people that want it. 1000 copies is pretty rare if 10,000 want one.
Re: Top 3 on Discogs Wantlist
It is a shame when a record becomes "rare"/over priced for reasons other than the quality of the tracks themselves

But that's completely subjective.Hibbie wrote:It is a shame when a record becomes "rare"/over priced for reasons other than the quality of the tracks themselves
A record is going to be "overpriced" when there aren't many of them compared to how many people want it, same with anything really.
Re: Top 3 on Discogs Wantlist
- Buy copy of Anti-War Dub.
- Press up 500-1000 copies at an Eastern European pressing plant that doesn't give a shit about copyright
- Sell one or two a month through a combination of eBay/Discogs/Gumtree/local free ads
- Profit

Yes but the reasons for wanting it; the music itself or to sell for profitgarethom wrote:But that's completely subjective.Hibbie wrote:It is a shame when a record becomes "rare"/over priced for reasons other than the quality of the tracks themselves![]()
A record is going to be "overpriced" when there aren't many of them compared to how many people want it, same with anything really.
I think the point i was trying to make was quite obvious.
