Just finished my first triathlon. Feel fucking HIGH right now man. Did it in 1hr 45m. Got a FUCKING PUNCTURE on the second lap of the bike route which cost me about 10 minutes but no biggie. Just happy to finish, might have some pics to follow.

Sprint distance man, jeez if I'd done full in 1.45 I'd be fucking elite haha

Nowt wrong with a sprint mate...plus you've benchmarked your time now...second race you've got some minute shaving to do (not too bad w/ the puncture thing)

had a guy call in today about his faulty earphones (from tesco, what do you expect) and we got talking music and headphone. for 40 minutes. covered Rinse shows (hyperdub and boy better know), the rise and deserved success of wiley, bassline, grime and hip hop. My stats are raped for the week but it was so worth it, made my work day that much better. Big ups random dude from Oldham :h:

yeah! only been in the job 3 weeks, I often end up becoming a bit too friendly with most callers anyway but this guy was class I couldn't help it. We agreed that dre beats were fashion accessories more than anything and how Wiley is a legend.

I know NOBODY that follows any shows on Rinse or grime music at all so this was amazing
