Drank too much on Monday and felt rotten for it. Something retarded like 14 coffees over the course of a very long day, not a good look.

Decided to knock it on the head for Tuesday to give myself a bit of recovery time, Tuesday became Wednesday and I started thinking how giving it up altogether for a week would affect me, like if there were any negatives to doing so. Yet to find any so far, but want to see how a full week goes.

The beer thing is just because I'm concious of a desk belly creeping in, and beer is practically a food group unto itself in Spain.

On average i probably have a tea first thing, can of red bull and 2 coffees throughout the day

Recommended where? I've always thought 6 was the optimum amount if you want the anti-cancer benefits.

12 in a day! fucking hell! I usually have one in the morning, another in the afternoon if I feel like it and maybe 2 teas in the eveing.

I had the first one at 7 with my breakfast then once I got the office average about one every hour give or take, so yeah 12

Anyway, bottled water all this week
