I don't drink coffee and never have. I've learned to down a pint of water first thing in the morning (flushes all the.. erm.. shit out), then possibly a green veggie juice, then porridge. Keeps me going pretty well!

Haha, I didn't say I haven't tried coffee! I've just never drank it on regular basis. Gives me jitters. Taste is okay, works well inside chocolate bakes.

Yeah, always drink a glass of water when you first wake up. Does a surprisingly good job of getting you going.
