Nice
The drums do overpower the melody in the beginning though. Just my opinion.
Snare would sound better if it punched more.

thanks, i see what your talking about ill fix that in the final draft.
Re: eu41a-Ignite (Melodic Dirty Dubstep)
The melodies are fucking awesome! I listened to it like 5 times in a row.
The instruments (excluding the dubstep parts) are ok.
I do have something negative to say about it though, constructive criticism if you will:
Overall mixing is bad; Basically kick is boosted way too high and it's peaking where snare should be peaking (~150hz), whilst the snare is peaking in the high frequencies and it's very annoying. Sounds like there's a huge gap of frequencies missing!
There's no clear mid-bass expect for the dubstep parts (where it gets unbearably distorted). The reese bass you have there is very low and sounds lonely being the only instrument under 100hz.
The drop is unclear, and there's some unwanted distortion (peaking over 0db?).
The drums are pretty overwhelming in the intro.
The chords after 3:00 don't sound so good.
Sorry If i'm being too harsh, but I'm trying to be honest. You have some ear for the melodies and I'd propably listen to your tracks more, were they mixed better.
Take in account I'm far from pro myself. I might be wrong about the things I said but that's my opinion.

http://www.dnbscene.com/article/88-thin ... q-tutorial This article helped me quite a bit. You may have read it already though. It covers the basic idea of mixing. Basically every sound must have its own frequency space in the mix, you propably know that already...Eu41aDubstep wrote:p.s any good videos i can watch to master and mix a track better?
My personal favourites of all youtube tutorials are from this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6j402ryp_E&feature=plcp. Watch some of them and judge by yourself.
