IB Students?

I'm curious to know, is anyone here, or was anyone here an IB Student at any point in their life? PYP, MYP or Diploma Level?

nah just AP courses and i managed to graduate early. IB was way to disciplinary as i was balancing drugs and skewl werk

Hmm I know my fiancée did the one in high school, whatever that one is. I was from the middle of nowhere so our schools didn't really offer it. Seems like a good idea though, from what I gather it let's you skip the first year o an undergrad or something?

i got offered the chance to do IB in sixth form but, quite frankly, i couldn't be arsed. it's an absolute fuckton of work. still got into good places with A lolvels so dont regret it at all.

should probs replace a levels as the standard UK pre-uni qualification though, let's be honest...

Doing IB at sixform currently... so much wank. Like what the guy above said, a lot of work. Hope it's worth it. Probably worth checking out if you want to do humanities and have ambition/ good work ethic.

ha! did IB History throughout high school. I'm so glad i didn't do full IB , that's just....yikes.

managed to get through Social, western world history, and theory of knowledge, great final marks, while also being able to live and smoke, something that full IB students can't say. may they rest in peace.
