I'd argue it's one of the most archetypal tracks.
Each to their own, but I'd argue that it shouldn't be held up as a perfect example of dubstep because the drums aren't typical enough. They're neither 2-step, nor half-step. This doesn't detract from the quality of the tune at all, but it's a pretty weird and unique track. I wouldn't choose it for the same reason I wouldn't choose, say, Blood On My Hands by Shackleton.

just understand that the roots of dubstep came from Alberta, Canada

just PM me if you have any questions OP i'm probably the most knowledgeable person on this forum i was there when Burial heard El-b for the first time
