I don't like to recommend specific synths, but massive's scream filter modulating a formant wave is great for this shit, crank the cutoff and the distortion, modulate the resonance. then do some waveshaping, heavy distortion and maybe some frequency shifting. apply some chorus to the mids to make it huge and maybe layer it with a saw wave for low end business.
